Visiting Fort Myers Beach Without a Car

Plenty of first-time visitors ask the same question: do I need a car on Fort Myers Beach? For a typical beach week—hotel or condo, dinners on the island, a couple of grocery runs, maybe an airport transfer—the honest answer is no. A rental spends most of the trip in a paid lot while you walk or sit on the bridge.

Fly in without the rental counter
